Upcoming show “Rose is a Rose is a Rose”, London

I’m delighted to be part of ‘Rose is a Rose is a Rose’, an upcoming group exhibition opening on Saturday 7th June, from 6pm until late, at Finch Gallery, 12 Sidworth Street, London E8.
It promises to be a vibrant evening packed with performances, good company, and even the launch of a specially created scent to mark the occasion! The show brings together a wonderfully diverse mix of artists, with work spread across both of Finch’s exhibition spaces. Postcard-sized artworks will be on display in They Come They Sit They Go, while larger works will be shown on the Finch Gallery White-wall. It’s a great chance to see a broad range of work in one evening, so if you’re in London do drop in and have a look. It will be on until 28th June.
The closest station is London Fields Overground, or it is around a 15–20 minute walk from Bethnal Green tube.

Falling Faintly, Faintly Falling Opening Soon

A collection of artists postcards and selected larger works inspired by James Joyce’s short story “The Dead” will be on display from Friday 10th January until 1st February. Hosted by “They Come, They Sit, They Go” and Finch Café; the exhibition is co-curated by Caroline McCambridge and Belinda Worsley.

Join them for a magical soirée of performance, poetry, and perfume, featuring Katie Houston, Bernard Walsh, Lucy Dixon, Clare Jarrett, and Rosa Mat. Here, you will also be able to experience “Narnia, a bespoke scent created especially for the show by Steven Calver.

The opening event takes place on Friday, 10th January, at Finch Cafe, 12 Sidworth Street, London E8 3SD, from 6–9pm. All are welcome!

Sadly, I won’t be able to attend due to work commitments but will be there in spirit.
