Delighted to announce that Typographic Universe by Steven Heller and Gail Anderson has just been published by Thames and Hudson. The book launch is taking place at The Powerhouse Arena, New York on 16th September 2014.
The book features a few of my recent sculptural experiments with typography: Sculptural Net Number 1, Sculptural Net Number 2 and my on-going book sculpture Tameidiau Ohona’i (begun in 2012).

Arch20 (an online magazine dedicated to architecture, art, fashion and design) has produced a piece about my most recent ongoing book project “Tameidiau Ohona’i”. The photographs include progress shots, sketchbook extracts and finished sections. Further images of this project and complimentary work can be viewed in my online sketchbook (available through Tumblr).
My work has been published in Fabrik Magazine (based in Los Angeles) as part of their feature on competition winners. You can find “Emergence” in issue 11.

Not long until the “Threads” show at The Factory gallery in Los Angeles. The exhibition will be open to the public from January 22nd.
Had some great news from Los Angeles today. My work has been selected as one of the winners! The exhibition will be at The Factory and I will have also been awarded an artist spotlight feature in Fabrik Magazine.
