The countdown to Paper Cuts 2 is officially underway! Join us for the opening event on Saturday, 30th November, from 5-7pm, where we’ll gather for drinks in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The exhibition will then run by appointment from 1st to 3rd December.
Nestled in a Mersey View unit, just a short walk from the iconic Anthony Gormley installation on Crosby Beach, this intimate space will showcase an exciting and diverse collection of artists including: Ally Wallace, Beth Jones, Credo, Daniel Halsall, Elizabeth Challinor, Ellie Towers, Fiona Stirling, Frances Disley, Frea Buckler, Graham Lister, Hayley Harman, James Bacchi-Andreoli, Jennifer Douglas, Landlines Studio, Luke Skiffington, Marc Renshaw, Mark Brogan and Ruby Tingle.

Today’s the day! If you fancy escaping the monotony of lockdown restrictions with some creative action, then head over to Threshold’s site over the next couple of days for music, art and performances! It may be distanced but the festival vibe is still very much alive… Catch you there!
Sadly with Covid restrictions still in place, Threshold X (the tenth and final instalment of Threshold Festival) will be another socially distanced / online event. This means the organisers have had to think of an alternative way to share the visual art and performances that had been planned.

Threshold Festival has gone virtual for the weekend!
In light of having to postpone the live event until further notice, they will be hosting an e-festival instead which can be viewed on their site. Fingers crossed that it won’t be too long before we can show in real life again.
Unfortunately due to lockdown restrictions, the final Threshold Festival has had to be postponed until further notice (the main driving factor being social responsibility and a concern for the health and safety of the wider community). The organisers have confirmed that any tickets purchased will be valid for the rescheduled event. Please stay tuned to their site for further information here.
It is that time of year again and I am thrilled to share I will be participating in the final edition of Threshold. The event is the tenth hosted by this deeply passionate artist team and looks to be an incredibly exciting one given the line up! Stay tuned to find out more in the coming weeks…
Had a wonderful time performing at Best Before with Reid Anderson as part of Operation Lightfoot‘s launch event Infinity Squared (produced by Emilio Pinchi and directed by Luke Moore). Unfortunately the venue would not allow much coverage so I only have one image of the performance courtesy of Jazamin Sinclair.
Only about a month to go before my second time at Threshold Festival… this time I will be performing with Reid Anderson as part of Operation Lightfoot‘s launch event Infinity Squared (produced by Emilio Pinchi and directed by Luke Moore).
This year Threshold is part of the BBC Radio 6music Festival fringe. The opening performance will begin at 6.30pm at brand new venue Best Before in the Baltic Triangle. As well as my response to the theme of infinity, you can view performances from Dorothy Bird, Sara Wolff, Niki Kand, Emilio Pinchi, Kaya from Silence of the Lamps, theatrical performances from Deborah Elizabeth, dance from Aline Costa and video art from Jazamin Sinclair.
A little bit of news… I have been invited to share my work at Threshold Festival 2018. The event is due to take place in the Baltic Triangle, Liverpool from 13th-14th April. Tickets for the music and arts festival are available from Threshold’s site for either day or the weekend. More details coming soon!
