Yesterday I took part in the first ever site specific live art performance at Chester Bandstand; a beautiful riverside venue located in The Groves. Beginning at 2pm, the piece was created by responding to the location and the bandstand structure. Was great fun to be a part of their summer programme and the weather was thankfully extremely kind to us (only a little drizzle and gusts of wind to contend with!). It even delivered a rainbow at the culmination of events – a delightful surprise!

A few pictures of the interactive print installation/performance piece I created for Altrincham Arts Festival 2016. The ball plates were designed in response to the typography, graffiti and type brut in the area.
A bit of information about the art festival I am participating in. It will take place in Altrincham from 25th June – 9th July. I am currently working hard on an installation piece for the exhibition… updates will be available on both Instagram and Tumblr.
